wonderful city stay!

central location gluten-free option helpful staff

the location is perfect, close to the central station! the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection and i really appreciated the gluten-free options. the room was super clean and the staff were very helpful and kind, assisting with directions and recommendations. i was grateful for the big room upgrade we received!

The room faced the street and there was quite loud music and noise late into the night. I struggled to sleep well.

the staff provided prompt assistance and were consistently friendly. they brought plates and silverware when i brought takeaway back. they even let us check in early, which i really appreciated.

the location was central. the breakfast had a good selection, with many options. i found the front desk staff particularly helpful, they assisted with directions.

The street noise at night was noticeable. Light sleepers might consider earplugs.

the location proved very convenient as it was close to the train station. i had easy access to public transportation. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the quality was good. the staff were friendly and helpful with tourist information at reception

clean room great breakfast helpful staff

This hotel is excellent! the room was clean and well-kept. the daily breakfast had a large variety of neatly displayed options with high-quality ingredients. the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One lady were pretty good too retrieve my son's stuffed animal from the safe after we accidentally disabled it.

The room lacked individual air conditioning controls. I found it difficult to adjust the temperature to my liking, slightly inconvenient.
